      По техническим причинам возможно визуально долгое отправление сообщений на форуме. Фактически ваше сообщение публикуется мгновенно - долго отрабатывает графика. В случае подобной ситуации, пожалуйста, сначала обновите страницу (F5) и проверьте, появилось ли ваше сообщение. Не пытайтесь сразу отправить его заново.  || Due to some technical reasons visual delays are possible while message sending. Actually your message is published immediately - just interface works long. In such case, please, do not re-send your message immediately! Press F5 to reload the page and check if your message/topic is published.

To begin testing you need to do next:

1. Install product

2. Update from public servers and reboot OS

3. Enable traces

4. Set Manual mode of Update

5. Set Update source: http://dnl-test.kaspersky-labs.com/test/ap (ftp://dnl-test.kaspersky-labs.com/test/ap)

6. Reboot OS

 

As usual I'd like to remind you:

1) If you found any problem, please, re-check it on the previous patch. Here we are looking only for bugs related to current patch.

2) Don't forget about traces and screenshots.

Just a novice question,please

If I swiched to test update source,and success got the patch installed,do I still have to use test update source to get virus signature updates?

Can I swich back to default source to get regular virus signature update?

I installed avp17 and update many times to make sure it is the latest datebases with C patch

the result is

after I changed to test update source and success get D patch. Also many antivirus module updated.(dont know if it is by design,but I did not use test/iro/ but test/ap)

I discovered same problem like this in 2017 build:

2017 build will report an error when scan wdf01000.sys(non critical report) and automaticly delete the infected driver,

while 2018 will pop up to let you choose how to deal with it(cant disinfect when you press 'disinfect',only delete is ok)

A latest update take me back to 9007261;201702140200

the whole night update just gone.

Do not switch back and forth when testing hot fix patches. You will get them rolled back when switching to a production server, leaving your system in even more unstable state.

The virus signatures will be OUTDATED/UNSTABLE/UNOPTIMIZED on a test server, because the focus is on patch testing, as those sources are ran manually by the KL Engineering / Test Teams.

If you are testing an update source, please follow the beta guide on how to perform proper testing.

mi OS is win7 64 bit and I Use Chrome (64bit) version is 56.029.24

 

Now I've installed the KIS 2016 and all work well...

 

the product is a Huawei E3372 LTE USB STICK..

Please read the beta testing guide here https://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showtopic=161942 (it has answers on how to do traces). If the problem is actual it will be fixed. Without the logs its hard to say. If the issue is not claimed as fixed in the release notes, why do you think it will be fixed?

I dont know if that means patch D fully support windows 10 RS2???

I think it is a highly concerned problem.Because users may not wish to wait for another patch like old time when 2016/2017 came out.

Its related to Windows Installer changes as part of RS2 (https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/heaths/2007/11/06/appcompat-in-windows-installer). Its always been this way a TR release first and a patch later.

Something tells me this time around it will come out with patch already integrated to prevent people from having issues on RS2.

Sorry for my question, but I can't find any infomation about how to install this Patch C in my KIS 2017 licensed.

 

I have problems with my network connection, when I start KIS 2017 the internet connection stops, and I can't brownse in internet. If I stops KIS then the internet connection works OK.

 

I think that this patch C can solve the problem, but I don't know how to download and how install in my Windows 10 laptop.

 

PLease, can you help me?.

If I check the small print at the bottom of this message say:

 

To begin testing you need to do next:

 

1. Install product. The product is installed.

 

2. Update from public servers and reboot OS. KIV close my internet connection, then I don't have internet access and I can update from internet.

 

Then, I can continue with the rest of steps....:

 

3. Enable traces

4. Set Manual mode of Update

5. Set Update source: http://dnl-test.kaspersky-labs.com/test/ap (ftp://dnl-test.kaspersky-labs.com/test/ap)

6. Reboot OS

 

Any addiotional solution?

Hello, unfortunately the native screen Huawei stick does not appear despite the patch D.
