It keeps telling me that the licence is missing/not suitable.

Suddenly today my Internet Security stopped working. It keeps telling me that the licence is missing. A dozen or more times I've reentered my licence activation code and it keeps telling me that the activation code is not suitable. I've had the product for 4 years. I'm on Windows 8.1. Help please someone.

1) Kaspersky Version ?

2) Remaining Days

 

If not yet done , please add your activation code.

As I said in my post, I've entered my activation code numerous times.

I've also done all you suggest.

How do I contact support, I gave up trying to find a link and almost lost the will to live. Like all customers, this company wants to avoid personal contact at all costs.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but I have the same problems. The problem is that Kaspersky updated itself to the 2017 version, but my license is from 2013 one which isn't compatible with it (I don't know why it doesn't automatically upgrade the license every time I renew, but I'll have to pay more attention next time my license is nearly expired and buy a new one instead of renewing it.) I still have about 6 months left.

 

Thankfully, I still have my KIS 2015 installation file. Installing it now and hoping it works.
