Hello!

Could you please check if this issue still persists with AVAST Free removed?

Also please send us GSI report from one of the hosts with this issue.

Thank You!

I created the requested report.

the size is 2601 K. How to upload it ?

NB: Same issue on some workstations with AVG or Avast (free version) but installation is ok on others with the same AV.

Hello!

We will also need installation logs.

In order to create logs, please kindly do the following:

1. Create key in registry - "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer"

2. Create string - Logging

3. Type in that string the following: voicewarmup

Try to install the product, and check the latest (by date) MSI????.log file in %temp% folder.

Remove created key in registry after that.

Send us this file.

Thank You!
