Kaspersky Network Agent 10 Restart Prompt [In progress]

Hi,

The restart system prompt keeps showing on multiple Windows Servers. What could be the reason of the following restart prompt from Kaspersky Network Agent?

we are not running any task that can show this prompt. please help us.

Hello.

 

How long have these messages been appearing? What actions were taken before that?

Have any updates been deployed on Network Agents recently?

Has any of the servers been rebooted since? Did it stop the message from appearing?

2 days ago we see this message on Active Directory Server where kaspersky agent and AV is running from last 3 months this happened first time..

 

Have any updates been deployed on Network Agents recently?

no

 

Has any of the servers been rebooted since? Did it stop the message from appearing?

yes we start manually. after that we don't receive any prompt. by time it is appearing randomly on different servers..

yes we start manually. after that we don't receive any prompt

Please provide the Kaspersky Event log for since before the issue started, or check if there are specific events in it regarding any changes.

Hi,

 

we check logs but don't find any clue please download GSI using this link.only windows update was running at that time when we received this prompt.

note:incident time is between 16:00 to 17:30 on 10-Aug-2016.
