Server Error: Request has been forbidden by Antivirus

Recommended Posts

I just switched from Kaspersky Internet Security to Total Security and now I can't use Register365 webmail anymore.

I keep getting a "Server Error: Request has been forbidden by Antivirus" message. This doesn't happen all the time, seems to react to certain messages. Strangely enough, when I access the Junk folder, where you'd think all the toxic stuff would be, the folder normally displays fine....

Please help.

Welcome. You are using an old build of the product. Please install the current KTS

Please use the instructions that pertain to you:

-If you are not using the PURE or KTS Password Manager and if you have any issues:

Please clean install KTS

Download KTS from the Download button contained in the first Important topic.

After you download, right click the red K tray icon > Exit > uninstall the old build > reboot > install KTS > update databases > reboot.

-If you are using the PURE or KTS Password Manager, and/or if you do not have any issues:

Please migrate to KTS on top of the old build.

Migration instructions are linked in the first Important topic.

Update databases > reboot when done.

Any better with the new version?

Please see the small print that is located at the bottom of this message.
