Hello,

So, you said that you can open this page http://email10.orange.co.uk/webmail/en_GB/index.html ?

On my compute with KIS MR1 ( with patch a), still I can not open until I completely stop protection. Which browser you are using ?

Best.

Hi,

Sometimes if I go to http://email10.orange.co.uk I will reach the log in screen but can't access the webmail page with the message "This page can’t be displayed".

On most occasions I get the "This page can’t be displayed"error. This occurs with both MR0 with patch e and MR1 with patch a.

Clicking your http://email10.orange.co.uk/webmail/en_GB/index.html link gets me "This page can’t be displayed".

This behaviour never occurred with MR0 with patch d with the same settings in KIS and IE. I don't use any other third party pop up blocker.

Like yourself, if I exit KIS then try, I can access the mail webpage with both MR0 patch e and MR1 with patch a.

I'm using win 10 pro with IE11.

Well, like some others, I'm stuck with the Orange problem here in France.

When the new build 445 was released, I switched from 16.0.0.614 (d) to the new one to discover that as soon I tried to access Orange Web mail or Vocal messages web page. I received the following message : "secure connection failed"

If I pause Kaspersky protection, I can access those pages again. Of course it's not the solution.

I uninstalled build 445 to 614 (d) again and everything was working fine. Since yesterday, KIS updated itself to 614 (e) and now I'm stuck again on Orange.

I'm a long time registered and satisfied user of KIS but I'm really looking for a solution...

Best regards from France

Hello,

Did you try this

Hi, Thanks for the very quick answer !

Well I read the entire thread you suggested, so:

1) if I re installed Kaspersky certificate (in advanced network...) it does not help

2) if I disable Private browsing, I can access the concerned pages (Orange voicemail and web mail)

3) it seems that patch a et now b have been released for build 445 but for the time being I'm a bit reluctant to upgrade again KIS buil 614 to the latest so I did not test the latest patches

So in short, option 2 will let me access Orange Voice mail et web mail for the time being.

Any other suggestions ?

Thanks a lot for your help

Jean Claude

PS: my OS is (Windows 10) in English, so for consistency I prefer to have all the software to be in english too including KIS

I've had this problem for a few days now, can't get into Orange em.I notice that 16 445 has been removed & 614 is up.I downloaded it with patch D & everything was good,no issues. It then updated the data base to patch E & everything went to pot, couldn't get into em again,so the problem would appear to be in patch E.

I was also running 2015 version in Windows 7 but that started acting up in the same way,i think that happened when patch E arrived. So i'm stuck now, some important em in Orange that i can't access.

Another issue i had with 16 445 was with passwords. If for instance i entered A it loaded it twice, this was for every digit in a password which was why i reverted to 2015 version & now that doesn't work

Thanks for your reply.

I'll try doing that tomorrow & let you know,i've uninstalled KIS & I'm running Microsoft security essentials at the moment.so I'm able to do what I need to do & I'm

getting tired of uninstalling & running scans at the moment.

When you say do a database update, are you saying that a fix has been applied.

I can access the site <http://email.orange.co.uk/> perfectly.

KIS 16.0.0.614e, Firefox 44.0.2 (32-bit), Win 8.1 x64

If you read my post above you would have seen that I did say that sometimes I am able to successfully access the log in page at http://email.orange.co.uk

If you try to log in, you can't, as you are greeted by

This page can’t be displayed

•Make sure that the web address http://email10.orange.co.uk is correct.

•Look for the page with your search engine.

•Refresh the page in a few minutes.

Exiting KIS at this stage and refreshing the page allows you to access the webmail page. I see this behaviour with both MR0 with patch e and MR1 with patch b.

MR0 with patch d worked perfectly!

Also, plus the above post,

Are you sure for that url is correct for this http://www.iklklik.net/?

Because I think that should be http://www.ikklik.net, right or I am wrong?

Still I can not open page http://email10.orange.co.uk/webmail/en_GB/index.html

So definitely it is not yet fixed. I am using KIS 16.0.1.445 ( b ) version.

Best regards,
