Problem with My Kaspersky

Hi.

 

I spent all day testing at work and night at home.

I followed the step by step and that what happened.

First of all, I used the KAVRemover to remove all Kaspersky versions ( I was testing KES 10.2.4.674).

I installed KIS 16.0.0.614 with patch D, fully updated.

First I got just a news about 6 months of KIS.

Second, I tried to login, using my account, but couldn´t login.

I clicked to install the cookies, but using my account in the site, I didn´t see any new tabs.

I used KAVRemover again, to remove KIS 16.0.0.614 with patch D.

I installed KID 16.0.1.445 fully updated.

I got the same errors above.

DonKid, thank you for your efforts. The bug was found and already fixed. Could you please try again. There is no need to reinstall the 16.0.1.445 once again since the bug was on server side.

Hi Sergey.

 

Now with KIS 16.0.0.614 I can see my account.

I used KAVRemover and installed KIS 16.0.1.445.

I installed both cookies in Internet Explorer and Chrome.

I logged via KIS, Internet Explorer and Chrome, using English and Brazilian languages.

The new plugins don´t show up.
