Blank Protection Tab on Server [In progress]

HI

 

I have an issue where a server 2012 R2 's protection tab is just blank. It has received its policy and on the Security Center admin server it says ALL OK but nothing is showing on the tab on the server itself.

KES is definitely fine on a server, but you should make sure you have met the requirements http://support.kaspersky.com/kes10fs#requirements

 

You may want to check how you installed the application to make sure you specified to install the protection components. (File Anti Virus, Firewall and Network Attack Blocker)

Hello.

 

The exact version number was meant, which can be found in the Support window in KES interface (see screenshot).

Are you installing KES locally or via KSC? In the latter case, what components are enabled in the remote package properties?
