Установка сертификата помогает если ошибка возникает при соединении с почтовым сервером (при получении-отправке почты). В вашем случае это не должно помочь.

Пишите в техподдержку.

Не надо забывать что даже самый лучший антивирус не даёт 100% гарантии очистки если уж они уже... Я бы на месте автора темы отформатировал диск и поставил систему заново. И-сразу-до установки других прог-касперского..;.

I didn't have to uninstall KS first. I just exported my settings from within KS, and downloaded the KS installer from My Kaspersky. I ran the KS installer over top of the current install and that repaired the missing context menu items. It did seem to take a bit longer than usual because it installed the version before the patch (a), but after a database update & reboot, it installed the patch and then I imported my previous settings. That was a couple days ago, and everything's been fine so far.

I recently received an email from Digital River about switching to an alternate antivirus system by Sept 29. I shall refuse. I have one or maybe two options. The first is to switch to a Linux system which is a pain in the ass but gives me the pleasure of sticking it to Microsoft. As Linux isn't commonly used, there less likelihood of being hacked so it won't matter so much which antivirus software I use. The second option is to use a VPN to get Kaspersky + updates. However, I don't what countries are likely to continue using Kaspersky for the foreseeable future, although the US seems to be the only one banning it so far. I may pursue both of these options.

Go to Kaspersky Reports, in the search field type capcut - find any Capcut entries, take a full screen screen-print & post back to show the errors that are causing the problem? 3.
