I am using Win7 64 and have just installed Kaspersky Internet Security 2015.

When using Safe Money I get a brown line around the window and the message Certificate verification service is not available (error: 0x000000ff)

I have tried to install the certificate but it doesn't make any difference.

Hopefully, a fix will be found.

Hello....Your GSI and also the link that harlan4096 refers you to both have something in common.

Both of you have Trusteer Rapport installed which does the same thing as safe money in KIS

and is always shown in the GSI as incompatible...please try with Rapport uninstalled and see if any better.

You cannot have both running without conflicts.

Yes, I missed that Rapport is installed :dash2:, but with the right Exclusions I got to work both at the same time (Safe Money + Trusteer), see thtis thread, post #15 (sorry in Spanish):

Anyway, agree, the problem could be Trusteer Raport.

The issue isn't Trusteer Rapport, it and KIS work fine together, see reply to my post

Correct, last I heard.

Please see: http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showt...t&p=2318050

...

There are no registered bugs for Trusteer Rapport and it seems we do not have any compatibility issues between Trusteer and the latest versions of KAV/KIS. Uninstalling Trusteer usually changes nothing.
