Recommended Posts

Please wait reply in CA.

You can install kes 10 mr 1 on server as temporary salvation.

Thank you.

Before this thing happened, we already used MR1, we need a solution for SP1 because its already enrolled into many slave server. Waiting for the solution.

Hello.

This is a known bug in the product numbered 1098998. It only affects KSC servers installed on desktop OS along with KES that has non-server features enabled.

Until the bug is resolved, it is advised to revert KES back to MR1.

Thank you.

I haven't seen any permanent results or complete explanations so I dare to post my possible related info:

I see the error verifying file signature error as well, but also some others.

And I have the feeling this is causing other related (update) issues in the estate.

Update issue is noted in INC000004377032, I couldn't create $up2date-KLSCU.log so I hope there is enough information in the case.

This is Not regarding a KSC upgrade. This is a new installation.

I'm happy to share some more details here but I'm not sure yet if it's related.

Regards,

Zeb

Hello,

could you post screen shot of error ?

Thank you.

Hey guys, I just had this problem this morning.

Win 7 Pro 64 with KSC v10.2.434 and KES v10.2.2.10535.

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1037634...%2010-12-55.jpg

As you can see here I was getting the error couple of times today, then I killed KES and I was able to download updates no problem.

Is there a permanent fix?

I really hate spending a Win Server OS license on KSC.

Thanks

Nick

And I have another quick question:

I am getting an error trying to install vulnerability fix on 1 PC because "EULA is not accepted" - https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1037634...%2010-35-29.jpg

But I don't see a Licence agreement and Accept button where it usually is - https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1037634...%2010-35-55.jpg

Do I need some more coffee or is it actually wrong?

Thanks

Hello,

your request was closed because of you.

There was no reply from you.

Your issue is not associated with the bug, because KSC is hosted on a server OS version.

Please try to exit KES and start the database downloading task.

Thank you.

So far I have try this:

1. remove KSC task and create new one with default settings - didn't help

3. clear updates repository and update (2x) - didn't help

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Are you trying to update KES using the Kaspersky Lab Update Service? Are you following the instructions mentioned in this article?

Thank You!

Hello,

for systems, where KSC is installed on a client-OS (like Win7) with KES installed and the update-download to the repository fails, you need to install PF1444 which can be requested via your CompanyAccount.
