Known issues

Please, pay attention to the list of known issues


1. After the end of participation in Kaspersky Safe Kids Beta testing and starting using Kaspersky Safe Kids Beta once again, new applied settings will not be saved. To solve the problem - relogin to your account.

2. "Where is my child" report operates incorrect:

- if location tracking is enabled, but a child has no devices for tracking - infinite loading is displayed,

- if a trackable device is switched off (or location monitoring is switched off on a device) - infinite search of a device.

3. If change type of control for any application category twice, after saving changes the first variant of the settings will be applied.

4. Notification marks appear with delays. After marking notification as "read", marks continue displaying.

5. After web search on the Android device, the text of search requests will not be displayed in report (bug of Android product).

6. Unable to apply device usage restrictions for iOS (only statistic about the time of use is gathered).

7. Time of usage of some Android applications is rather big (bug of Android product).

8. Web addresses of cyrillic websites in the Internet activity report are displayed incorrect (product bug).

9. After searching forbidden content on a Windows device, a notification with a link to the search results will appear on the portal. After following this link a .txt file will be downloaded (instead of opening a web page with search results) (bug of Windows product).

10. After account's password reset on My Kaspersky portal, new settings will not be applied on the product.
