Upgrading from KSC 10.1 to 10.2 DB error [Solved]

Same problem to upgrade to KSC 10 SP1 from KSC 10 MR1.

 

Ticket = INC000004227680

Can someone from Kaspersky confirm if all those cases were caused by the same issue? If yes, can you provide some general pre-check tool which would validate DB state and apply fix?

This would be very useful tool which could help a lot for upgrade process and do not brake production environment.

I agree, this would be very helpful. I'm disinclined to upgrade without first knowing if the upgrade is going to break our AV. Otherwise I'll likely be making more work for myself.

Новый инцидент INC000004310831 был зарегистрирован! (ARNOTE 1770000064)

Прошу выслать мне исправление данной ошибки
