Hi,

Could you please clarify what is the issue is exactly, are these systems not getting updated at all? Do you get no action required message after an update or?

Hello!

What is your KSC version?

Did you perform Windows Update Synchronization task? Have you then performed Windows Update search?

Could you please post some screenshots illustrating the fact that Windows shows available updates and KSC shows none?

Thank you!

Are you now using KSC as WSUS?

Thank you!

Please go to your problematic host's properties in KSC and check if there is any info on found vulnerabilities or available updates.

There probably are none; then please kindly create and run a task to find vulnerabilities and application updates.

After these will be found, please try to run the fixing task once again.

Thank you!

Please also provide us with Perform Windows Update Synchronization task export and results.

Also we will need your nagent policy applied to the Administration Server. Or you could go Managed Computers - find KSC - Properties - Applications - Nagent - Properties - Repositories and check if all the checkboxes are enabled (screenshot attached). If they are not enable, then please enable them all and apply changes.

Thank you!

So may I please take a look at Perform Windows Update Synchronization task settings and results?

Also, please kindly clarify what exactly proves that there actually are updates available for these systems and KSC is not available to find them?

Thank you!

To Kuncho,

Any resolution on this topic? I'm experiencing a similar situation and curious what your outcome was.

Thanks
