Mozilla Firefox 26 getting blocked by KES8. [Solved] [pf133]

Hi,

 

I have the same problem. I want to get the patch 133.

But I have a problem with the CompanyAccount. It doesn't recognize my license file (ARNOTE 1770000016).

How can I get the patch so resolve the Firefox problem?

Which exact version of KES do You use?

Could You please try to submit the request using other browser? IE for example?

Hi thank you for all the help I installed the patch and so far it looks great, just a quick question how do I know that the patch is installed?

is there a place to see a list of all patches?

we just update our clients to 1042

was cancelled because of a problem and i try it now again and would like to install afterwards immediatly the patch

I'm using KAV 2013 13.0.1.4190(j) (HTTPS scan enabled, HTTP instead of SPDY disabled) on XP and since Firefox 26.0 update when I attempt to load HTTPS sites (Facebook and VirusTotal) sometimes I get following message:

I've tried reinstalling KAV and removing-readding certificate into Firefox but problem still appears randomly. All other applications like Thunderbird and Skype works without this certificate problem so I would like to ask other users who enabled HTTPS scan if they have similar issue with Firefox 26. Just to be sure if is it problem with KAV or Firefox or both.

 

Same problem here with Kaspersky Endpoint Security 8 and 10 :angry:

No problem with Chrome or IE or Firefox 25.

need the patch, because the ssl-error is really disgusting !

If I understood you correctly and you do require the patch please submit a case in personal cabinet and let us know ticket number accordingly.

why don't you provide the patch as download and every user has to open a ticket?

you have our ID and email

we have a running licene and need a functional program and support

 

our case is opende here. create a ticket out of it or what ever you need

but just send the patch or post a download-link

reched your business support ... but it's quite disgusting

 

you should add a new topic in your knowledge base and provide the patch via download from your homepage

shall every user open a support tiket to get the patch????
