Welcome. Please clear your temporary internet files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/260897

After that, scan with Kaspersky, then post the full, complete detection details. Post screenshot of Reports > Detailed Report > Detected threats.

Right click the Detected bar, and insure Path is selected. Right click the Detected bar again and insure File is selected.

Then post the screenshot with columns widened to show full detected and name and object and path/location details.

kattemad_03.gif How to take and post screenshot: PrtSc (Print screen) key (upper right part of keyboard)> open Paint (Start > All programs > Accessories) > Edit > Paste, File > Save as (jpeg or

png, Not bmp). When replying, Browse > click once to select file > Open > Upload > add reply.

Hi, and thanks for your help. I couldn't get the screenshot function to work so I've snipped the screen instead. The threats seem to have become less visible to kasperksy now. Does this mean that the threats have been addressed or that they have somehow managed to become undetectable? Thanks again

You're welcome. You are all good. Status: Not found. That means they are gone.

Status: inactive. Those were detected on a website and blocked. They never made it to your PC.

Please clean install version 2014. Clean install instructions, links and tips are located in the first and third Important topics of the Home User section of this forum. After you clean install version 2014, do a databases update > reboot. Then do a scan. You should have no more detections.

Please see the small print that is located at the bottom of this message.
