Install Problems

I just purchased Kaspersky 2014 Anti Virus and I have 2 problems:

 

1. I never received a receipt or any other email with my activation code. I see no phone number to contact Kaspersky-frustrating!

 

2. During the install it noted an incompatible program TREND MICRO CLIENT/SERVER SECURITY. I had to skip it on the install as I was not able to unintall it from the control panel. The install program could not remove it. Is anyone familiar with this and how it can be removed?

A tool for removal of Trend Micro is located HERE

Follow the directions carefully for running the diagnostic and removal tool in safe mode.As always,it's always best to back up your pc first before doing anything, but it is not a must.
