richbuff Posted June 21, 2014 Welcome. Kaspersky add-ons are fully operational with current Firefox 30.0 and current PURE 3.0 13.0.2.558(F) The add-ons are not primary protection. The add-ons are for additional functionality. Primary protection continues if the add-ons are disabled. Are you updated to current Firefox 30.0 and current PURE 3.0 13.0.2.558(F)? russburt Posted July 27, 2014 Does the June patch for Pure 3 support Firefox 31? Share this post Link to post
richbuff Posted July 27, 2014 Looks like a No. Looks like Patch F for PURE 3.0 only goes up to Firefox 30, judging by this Tech Article: http://support.kaspersky.ru/9636#block0 Share this post Link to post
teapotlids Posted August 1, 2014 I used Firefox & Pure 13.0.2.558f. The last Firefox update to 31 seemed to turn off the Pure add on tools (keyboard etc). Chrome seems to allow the keyboard but I can't seem to be able to get Safe Money to open my links in Chrome rather than in Firefox. I can go into Chrome, search for my bank & then wait for Pure to notice that it's a bank & send me to the safe window but that is slow & a real pain. I prefer using the links I've saved in Safe Money. Can someone help me to do either of these things: a) wind back my Firefox update so that I can still use the Pure keyboard get my Pure Safe Money to send me to Chrome rather than to Firefox so that I can use the keyboard btw, my technical skills a pretty rubbish so I'll need a pretty simple explanation to follow it (sorry!!) JanRei Posted August 2, 2014 Welcome, your main concern is the virtual keyboard? You can also open it by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Shift+P or via the product's main window. Share this post Link to post
teapotlids Posted August 3, 2014 Welcome, your main concern is the virtual keyboard? You can also open it by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Shift+P or via the product's main window. Thanks, that's helpful (& easy to live with) but what about all of the other bits? The Firefox update just said that Kaspersky Pure's add-ons were incompatible & so would be disabled. This lost me the tools (like the keyboard) but also made me worried that it just doesn't work on Firefox any more (i.e. it's no longer secure using the two together). Share this post Link to post
splinterstan Posted September 21, 2014 (edited) Dear friends, my Firefox updated itself to 32.0.2, the problem is that all the addons does not work anymore! I realy loved all the features! I also clip a screenshot! Is Kaspersky going to update its Addons for Firefox 32.0.2 or do I have a bug? Thank you! Edited September 21, 2014 by splinterstan Share this post Link to post
