Android SDK and Kaspersky Pure 3

Hello Kaspersky Community,

 

since my license ran out and i got the new Kaspersky PURE 3.0 i have two major problems.

 

First of all i have the latest Kaspersky PURE 3.0 and Windows 8.

 

I dont know if this is a Kaspersky Problem or Windows 8 but everytime a new programm is installed or something similar and i press YES THIS IS TRUSTWORTY, windows comes up "are you sure you want to trust kaspery blaa"? And i only got the chance to tick the option yes for 30 Minutes don't ask again.

 

The second problem is my android sdk. After i downloaded it from http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html#download extractet it and run it the FIRST TIME at all, kaspersky is very quiet and don't ask for any permissions or something. BUT the android sdk got fetich URL erros like this one.

I have to shut down Kaspersky completely to get this working. I searched in the Kaspersky settings and everything i found for the sdk and any other depending java stuff has every network permission etc.

 

 

I hope you can help me with this =)

PURE is crashing. That issue needs to be addressed first. If still no go after that, please contact Tech Support: https://my.kaspersky.com/en/support/helpdesk

 

 

Sorry i dont know the exact definition for "crashing" but Kaspersky did not crash once since i installed it. Maybe this "crash" is referencing to my -> rightclick -> close on the taskbar because i want to get connection done by the sdk manager.

But it did not crash once while running normally.

 

 

But even then i do not use Windows 7 neither IE 10 and do not got the message "Previous application launch failed"

and EVEN THEN i could not remove IE10 because it was shippend with Windows8 and wasn't an update by windows.

Well. Even if you never use IE10, it's installed on your PC and upgraded.

 

Please refer to the following support article

 

To uninstall Internet-Explorer related windows updates, please refer to the guide

 

"Previous application launch failed" - such notification has to disappear.

Did you even read the previous ones?

How should you remove IE 10 that was already installed on Windows 8 and does not come with an update.

 

On Windows 8 you can just deactivate (not deinstall) IE by going to the Control Center -> Programms -> left side (activate/deactivate Windows Features)

Ok. If the issue still persists, please, send PURE crash dumps to technical support using My Kaspersky Account.

Also attach to request your GSI report.
