Problems with S Voice on Galaxy S4

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 (Verizon.) Kaspersky Mobile Security (10.5) seems to interfering with S Voice on WiFi. With KMS installed, S Voice will give an error saying that no networks were detected. It does not exhibit this behavior over 4G. When KMS is uninstalled, the problem goes away.

 

Any Suggestions?

It would be useful if the resolution could be posted here, unless it is covered in a software update.
