Cannot Start The Task in KSC 10.0.3361

Recommended Posts

Hi All

I hope I'm in the right room. I'm a newbie in the kaspersky environment.

I have a problem and I hope someone can help me with the professional experience.

I just deploy Kaspersky Security Center 10.0.3361 in my office. And the re seller says that this product still new.

I have installed the kaspersky service center onto my server, via that kit I can push the task to my client, but some of PC in my workstation get the terse error message "cannot start the task" and the other pc available to push the task.

I have full right for administrator on my server and workstations.

and for more information I attached jpg to showing error message.

any help would be greatly appreciated

Aji

I have seen the same thing. The protection shows that it is active, but the tasks do not show they are running. This version is very flakey, imho!

The connection to the security center seem to be not so good.

There are no "successful synchronizations".
