Kaspersky Tablet Security For Galaxy Note 10.1

Hello

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1.

I Installed Kaspersky Tablet Security version kts_10.2.29_en_4.apk.

It worked perfect till last Friday.

 

I updated The Galaxy Note 10.1 to:

Kernal Version 3.0.31-805288.

Build Number JZ054K.N8010XXUCMA8.

 

Kaspersky Tablet Security stopped working since the update from Samsung. :unsure:

So i had to unistall Kaspersky. :icon20:

 

Anyone else having same problem? :dash1:

 

Sent request to Kaspersky, i am still waiting for reply. :huh:

Kaspersky has not helped me with this security problem.

It's nearly a month now.

So i am annoyed that there is no response from Kaspersky support.

A week ago i had to Uninstall Kaspersky security of my Samsung Sll mobile also.

As i was having same issue as on the Samsung Tablet 10.1

What has made me angry also it's a paid product with no support.

I have decided that in the future i will never use any Kaspersky internet Security on any device.

I also have Kaspersky Internet Security installed on two computers when license expires i will not renew it.

Yes, try with the last version of Kts2, if the problem is not resolved the problem then you will open a support ticket in Kaspersky helpdesk?.

You should remove it and install again. Maybe it's working

hi did you read the post? it has been removed an re-installed month ago then i had to uninstall again

Hi thanks for reply.

I reinstalled this version kts_10.2.29_en-4apk on the 16/11/12, i had to unistall on the 20/02/13 as it did not work.

 

Do i try this version kts_10.5.45_en-au.apk ?>>for Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. 3G

 

Do i use this same version kts_10.5.45_en-au.apk ?>>for Samsung Galaxy Note ll. 4G
