Если он продолжает тормозить, значит проблема именно с компьютером и решаем ее уже не здесь. - если тормозить перестанет, то устанавливаем обратно антивирус, проверяем не помогла ли переустановка и пытаемся разобраться с настройками антивируса. Но на "игровом" компьютере антивирус тормозить не должен. До начала всех этих манипуляций, сделайте проверку системных файлов: в командной строке, запущенной от имени администратора, выполните: sfc /scannow и по окончании сканирования, покажите скриншот результата.
