kaspersky pure 2.0 won´t load

I installed and uninstalled and installed and uninstalled.

read all the topics, followed all instructions and, still, when I click on the kaspersky icon, a window opens saying that it is loading and then it disappears.

 

so far not even the activation code was asked. for four days I am in this ordeal. really, I never had this with norton and mcafee and others.

 

I bought this because the salesman at nyc bestbuy told me was the best antivirus. however unfortunately I can´t return it.

 

I will buy another anti virus. from another company. this is way too much trouble. installl, uninstall, send a report of my computer blah blah blah. I thought it was "plug and play"

 

I really regret I believed the guy at the store.

haven´t you read the title?

well actualy I am not using kaspersky at all. waste of my money

just bought norton

I am having the same problem. I cannot seem to find any help with my problem either. Ironic that best buy said the same exact thing to me. Waste.
