failed to update the subscription status

hi...i really need to know has anyone else has as error message saying "failed to update subscription status automatically" aswell as "database are out of date" and when i try to update the license manually its gives this message "activation error cannot setup SSL connection" can anyone help me out this problem just start recently possibly as most recent as sunday night

Welcome. Please check to make sure Workstation Service is not disabled. Please see: http://support.kaspersky.com/9135

well im not sure if workstation is disabled or not because it not show in my services but i did install micosoft client and that fixed the problem i was having so thank you
