Kaspersky Linux mail security

hi,

 

i have installed Kaspersky linux mail security application. but when i update anti virus database is getting update successfully. but anti spam is not updating. what can be the issue?

 

i have attached main interface of the web console & spam trace.

i didn't set a schedule. i update it maually. both anti virus & spam

Can you temporarely use the Universal Updater and change the path in KLMS to a network share.
