Questions about upgrading to KES 11.2.0

Hi! I received the option to upgrade my KES 11.1.1 to 11.2 but I’m required to “prepare” the package before starting distribution, I have a few questions about it…

 

1. After I prepare the package to 11.2, will my other computers update automatically without any intervention?
2. Installing 11.2 on computers with 11.1.1 will require a reboot at some time?
3. If rebooting is required. Will it force it if I still don’t want to? I’m worried about my servers in this aspect.

Could you please clarify are you trying to upgrade KES to 11.2 during Update or by means of installation task?

First of all, in Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud (web portal) under the Distribution Packages tab, I can download the installer for KES for Windows version 11.1.1 and there’s also another option not for download but “prepare” the installer for version 11.2.0.

It’s from that option I’m having my doubts. Will it cause a massive automatic upgrade on all the computers that I have installed 11.1? Will it force a reboot on all of them after some time when the upgrade is completed?
