To continue installation you must close all applications which can block access

Welcome. Please clear the contents of your Temp folder, instructions: http://support.kaspersky.com/faq/?qid=208279128

 

Start > Run > type msconfig > ok > Services tab > Hide all Microsoft services > uncheck the remaining services > Startup tab > uncheck all items > apply > ok > reboot. Then download a fresh copy of the Kaspersky installer from links contained in the second and third Important topics > install > reboot > update databases > reboot.

 

If successful, you can revert the changes that you made in msconfig.

Thanks, but it did not work.. please let me know if there is any other solution . It was working fine until i formatted my computer and re-installed the OS.
