      Due to some technical reasons visual delays are possible while message sending. Actually your message is published immediately - just interface works long. In such case, please, do not re-send your message immediately! Press F5 to reload the page and check if your message/topic is published. || По техническим причинам возможно визуально долгое отправление сообщений на форуме. Фактически ваше сообщение публикуется мгновенно - долго отрабатывает графика. В случае подобной ситуации, пожалуйста, сначала обновите страницу (F5) и проверьте, появилось ли ваше сообщение. Не пытайтесь сразу отправить его заново.

Kaspersky blocking internet connections?

Hello All,

Grateful for your help. Running KIS 2012 a-g. Over the last 48h I had problems connecting to the internet. After boot-up, connections are OK for a short period of time, but then appear to be blocked by KIS with the system tray icon permanently pulsating.

 

I have done two squeaky-clean re-installations using the KAS Remover Tool, but problem persists. Many thanks.

Please update your wireless adapter. Please see Update > Summary tab of your GSI for link.

 

Also, please follow the post norton steps here, all of them, which will include uninstalling and reinstalling again.: http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showtopic=5233

 

Thanks Rudger79. I am not using a wireless connect, but wlan. Will follow your instructions an see what happens. Thanks again.

I followed your advice to the letter, no change.

 

In the meantime I've discovered that if I don't update KIS after re-installation, then I have access to sites. Since I and quite a few others are reporting the same problem over the last 48h, I'm wondering if there's a problem with one of the latest updates. Until 48h ago site loading with KIS a-g worked OK.

Maybe. I am having no issues here with Firefox. Have you tried other browsers? Reset IE? I would contact support via My Kaspersky. https://my.kaspersky.com/

Yes, I'm using Firefox 8. Tried with IE9 but same conditions. Will contact support. Thanks again for your help and suggestions.
