Helmut,

i think i didnt make myself clear, i install KAV 5 in serverA, after that i change the name of the serverA to serverB. so when i try to deploy the network agent he cant find the share folder, because was supose to be serverA\share and now is serverB\share. i know i can change the path in the properties of the server, but after i changed he said i cant. another thing i would like to know, is if is possible for me to manual deploy the network agent, if i dont deploy thru the management console, can i manualy deploy like i manualy deploy the antivirus?

Hi,

Yes you can. That isnt a problem.

Just copy the package of Network Agent on the station, and then the copy of WKS. And run the installation.

Try to use klmover utility : http://www.kaspersky.com/faq?qid=177658690

klmover [-logfile LOGFILE] [-address SERVER_ADDRESS] [-pn NON_SSL_PORT] [-ps SSL_PORT] [-nossl] [-cert CERTIFICATE] [-silent] [- dupfix]

In your case :

klmover -address 10.2.170.13

Then run klnagchk utility again and check the results

also do exceptions on port 15000 udp. If the error still occur try to reinstall the admin server agent manually.
