I'm not an expert on that particular issue but you might want to read this thread from last month, especially the comment from richbuff (forum moderator).

It may be of some assistance to you until someone with the right answer comes along.

thanks for your reply HomerGB

i tryed doing the first step richburg told: "You need to change the owner for the klogon key and sub keys to your account name. Open regedit and navigate to that key, right click the key and select permissions, click advanced and go to the owner tab. Set yourself as owner and tick the replace owner on objects entry. Click ok and apply. Then click add in the permissions dialog and add "Everyone". Below tick the full control option under allow. "

but nothing really happened look like the guy who had the same problem as me found himself or partially how to fix it but im not lol..

Make sure you have your Activation Code handy first, then (if applicable: right click the K icon and select Exit, then uninstall Kaspersky> reboot),

then run the removal tool in Safe mode (tap F-8 key when booting up to get to Safe mode)

http://support.kaspersky.com/faq/?qid=208279463

Download and extract it to your C:\ drive (so its located in c:\kavremover). Scroll down in the linked instructions and select All Known Products. Run the removal tool in Safe mode.

Reboot after tool use.

Then download a fresh distributive of the installer from links contained in the appropriate Important topic.

You will need your Activation Code after install > reboot.

Your Activation Code is on the CD sleeve or card, or in an email, depending on if the purchase was boxed CD, or on-line.

Your Activation Data should be in My Kaspersky, if you registered your product.

See: https://my.kaspersky.com/

If you forgot your ID or password, then click the indicated link on that page. Contact Tech Support if still no go: http://support.kaspersky.com/helpdesk.html

Always ensure that your Activation Code is backed up. I always have it written down on a paper document. Back it up in Personal Cabinet and/or My Kaspersky.
