All 5 of the Kaspersky drivers for 2011 are installed, so maybe this is due to:

1) Previous version of Kaspersky? Was it removed/rebooted before installing 2011?

2) Unknown network adapter in Device Manager?

Good luck in Iran with all that. :)

you have one potentially infected file running on the computer:

=> G:\Setup Files\Proxy\Ultra Surf\u1006.exe"

also malwarebytes antimalware realtime protection drivers which clash with KIS 2011 are loaded. please unload the mbam realtime protection or switch to the free version instead.

as for the device failure, I would recommend following the instructions in this thread to completely remove KIS and all other known Kaspersky products from your PC before reinstalling KIS 2011 again:

In addition to what antikythera instructs in the above post,

you have one potentially infected file running on the computer:

Not anymore. ;)
