I've decided to use KIS again and decided to renew my license via Barclays Bank. I put the code in and it says I got 72 days left but I thought it was 12 months from Barclays Bank offer

Hope someone can enlighten me :)

EDIT: Am I right by saying I'm currently using my 12 months license and it runs out in 72 days so I can renew for another one afterwards?

Welcome. Although admittedly not familiar with the Barclay's renewal, I think you need to contact Barclay's.

One thing to check though is that your date & time is correct on your PC.

Thanks :)

I just noticed that I'm still using the same code that I started with KIS 2010 :) Will probably get a new code after the expired date.

When you enter a new license, Kaspersky will continue to use the old one until it expires and then switches to the new one. It easy to check it out: If I'm correct there should be two licenses under License management:

1. Click K icon in the systray / notification area

2. Click License link in the bottom right corner of the user interface window: A new window will appear and there should be two licenses. You can view the details of both licenses by clicking on the arrows in the middle of the window.

Also and regarding the new licence that we have we will wait untill the old licence has 14 days to expire and then and only then we can add the new one.Otherwise we will lose days.It depends how many days will loose from the day that we add the new licence.

It is well known that the "magic" number of days is 14 or less.
