I'm running win7-64 pro and KAV2011 (11.0.1.400), and lately, I have not been able to access services.msc:

(this is from calling services.msc from run, but if I go into admin tools->computer management and try to load the services pane it will crash there as well)

From event viewer:

Apparently scrchpg.dll is a Kaspersky .dll file, so I was wondering if anyone has experienced this before, or may know what the problem is?
