Connection to forum dropped

Recommended Posts

[don't know where to put this...]

Since yesterday the forum (and ftp in Moscow) are very hard to reach... Connections are reset permanently. The problems start with rt-comm at the LINX (I'm coming via Cogent). Maybe somebody in Moscow can request them to fix it...

No problems with congestion here. I am tagging this to forum suggestions, so proper people can look into it :)

If I don't have to write in Russian... ;)

No problems with congestion here.

Do you reach the forum via London (LINX) too?

Maybe it's Cogent's problem, then... Maybe others can tell if they also have problems.

it sometimes happens to me too. Sometimes just the forum, after a few minutes of not loading i get the sql database error.

I believe these are different things. I got those SQL DB errors too. But they are rare. And it's the hoster that's responsible for... ;)

But the problem I'm refering to happens in London at LINX, I think. And it's somewhat strange as it's not just packet loss, but something that actively drops the connection, I think. Waiting for 5 seconds, it's back up fine. But it happens often, starting yesterday.
