User Deleted Keylogger with KAS IS 09 - now keyboard frozen

A user here deleted a keylogger with KAS IS 09 and now the keyboard is frozen.

 

Now you can only go as far as the login screen.

 

There are no system restore points.

 

I am going to need a really innnovative solution to solve this one??

Please specify the name and version of Kaspersky product for example Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Windows Workstations 6.0.3.837.

And please attach here the report file of GetSystemInfo utility, upload that file on http://support.kaspersky.fr/getsysteminfo/ and post the link of that report here.

All I know is that is it KAS Internet Security 09.

 

I cannot login to system at all.

Well one thing to try, not sure it will work though, is once you boot up to the login screen, unplug your keyboard for about 15 sec then plug it back in to see if it will reinstall drivers.
