I have installed and uninstalled kaspersky about three times... every time i am able to update it for the first time and after that the same error occur....

i have not installed any antivirus before and its the clean installation after formatting the whole system...

any help will be highly appreciated...

Hi mac148 & welcome

Why do you want to update to an older version, or is this just the message you get?

Have you changed anything in Kaspersky's settings?

Have you tried to disable Sygate and use the SP2 firewall and then tried to update? :)

Hi ADNM & welcome

You're posting in the "Protection for home users", since you mention the adminkit, i'll assume you're using Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Windows Workstations & Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Windows File Servers which you should post about in the "Protection for Small and Medium Businesses" where you will probably get a faster response and since mac148 is so infrequently active here, you should probably try to PM him instead, much better chance of him seeing this. :)
