  2. Hi Artem, I uninstalled the KES 10 SP1 MR2 plugin using your instructions and installed it again but without success. The options are still grayed out. I can´t manage the new policy, all the option are grayed out.

  7. This is the main reason for me to decide to not migrate 6000 wks from Symantec to Kaspersky. For me Kaspersky don't have a mature vision for enterprises.

  10. yes, the screen wasn't maximized and the option one time code was hided. but while the screen wasn't minimized there is no scroll bar to the right indicating that there were other options int the bottom of the screen.

  12. Hi all, If I try to remove KSM 10.1.75, removing it from the device administrators (I known it´s not the correct way to uninstall it) it asks for a Secret Code that I never set and I cant find it in my admin policies. Anyone know this Secret Code ? Thanks

There is a problem with the certificate file located at: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\KasperskyLab\adminkit\1093\cert\klsrvmob.cer This file has the wrong server address (IP or name). Solution: 1) Start / Control Panel / Add or Remove programs / KSC Administration Server / Change Remove / Next / Modify / "Unmark Mobile Device Support" / next next next finish. 2) Repeat step 1, but this time mark "Mobile Device Support" to force re-installation and the re-creation of the certificate file. Now my synchronization works. Thanks for the Support Team that solved my ticket INC000001306315.
  14. I don't have Sophos anti-viruses here. I have Sophos Safeguard to cryptography my hdd. Tried to clear the temp content and uninstalled KES 10 without success.
