  1. This can have many causes . First check your global KSC Update Task is still running correctly without errors. (see eventlog). Here is a dependency on the update task. have you ever deleted the update task and created again? sometimes it works.
  2. the easiest way is > open your KSC > Advanced > Repositories > Kaspersky Lab software updates and patches > right click on Kaspersky Lab software updates and patches > All Tasks > Clear updates repository
  3. hi Majid, I'm assuming you mean the global KSC update task. If the task causes problems, the following method can help. Sorry for the german Screenshot. Step 1. you can remove the global Repository in KSC. Step 2. Remove the global KSC Update Task under Tasks and recreate the global KSC Update Task. 3. Run the new Update Task again. Info! Check your Internet connetion and Firewall. Sometimes blocks the firewall Kind regards
  4. Kann Helmuts Aussage nur bestätigen. Wir hatten genau das gleiche Problem, auch mit einem sauber klbackup konnte der SC Server nicht mehr gerettet werden. Somit blieb nur die Deinstallation vom SC und neu Installation mit anschließenden klbackup restore!
