This problem has meanwhile been fixed by Kaspersky. Thank you.

I'm in a similar situation right now. My son is using his smartphone as I'm writing this post, but MyKaspersky tells me that he last used his smartphone seven hours ago. Something's not working correctly at the moment, I suppose. Let's hope this will soon be fixed.
  5. Hallo, Tipp: Mehr Informationen wären hilfreich. Mit clonezilla-live-20170905-zesty-amd64.iso.[hermes21@cock.li].HRM allein lässt sich nichts anfangen.
  6. Yes, this request has been made more than once already. However, if only two or three people request this feature, we may never see it. If, however, twenty or thirty people request it, it may soon be implemented. So I still think it is a good idea to get in touch with KL support.
  7. I think it would be a good idea to contact support. The more requests they get, the sooner this option will be implemented.
  8. What program did you scan with KTS? What malware did Malwarebytes find? We really need some more details to answer your question. This question has been asked (and answered) here many times. It's probably OK to use Malwarebytes as an on-demand scanner, but I wouldn't use its real-time protection.
  9. ... and here is another case number referring to this suggestion: 2840440. It has been suggested many times, so why does it take so long to implement this feature? Has KL abandoned Kaspersky Safe Kids?
  10. Kids using Android "safe mode" can probably always easily override controls, which makes Kaspersky Safe Kids - and any other parental control app - useless. I have just found a review written by a German Play Store user. He also mentioned the fact that KSK can easily be bypassed in "safe mode". Kaspersky Lab's comment: Kaspersky Lab 26. Januar 2019 Hello! Unfortunately, Safe Mode cannot be bypassed, as it is a hardware feature. We hope for your understanding. Source: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kaspersky.safekids&hl=de&reviewId=gp%3AAOqpTOGVggRASrejL6pHzY5T5k96bicc67aQy5o1lwYejVNl6jh0vWEuZx0fCQNf3qXBWhqWfJRpFGKr3Tlf If nothing can be done about this "safe mode" problem, Kaspersky Safe Kids is useless. I mean, why should I install a parental control app if a kid can easily bypass it? Is it really impossible for tech companies to do something about it?
  11. I'm still wondering if this "safe mode" problem can be fixed at all. I don't have any mobile devices, do I don't know much about them. But it is my understanding that the Android "safe mode" always disables all third-party apps, which, of course, includes Kaspersky Safe Kids. Is it technically possible for a third-party app to run even if the user switches to "safe mode" or do we just have to put up with the fact that nothing can be done about it?
  12. It certainly is a major problem. Let's hope something will be done about it as soon as possible.
  13. +1 Let's hope we will soon get it. I'm desperately waiting for it.
  14. Der "sichere Zahlungsverkehr" funktioniert nun wieder so, wie es sein soll (zumindest bei mir).
