  1. Why does secure connect cut out and report I've used my daily allowance even though I have full package installed and device appears on the my Kaspersky account ? Very annoying !
  2. I downloaded Historykill 2018 and Kaspersky informed me it had Malware within it. When I contacted Trustsoft they said it was a false positive. Who do I believe?

  4. That's not exactly an answer is it...... Quote from that webpage - 'No, this file is not a virus. However, there have been a few viruses that exploit the capabilities of the desktop.ini file.' So there could be a virus then.............?

  6. Nope - That doesn't work ! I still have to create the secure connection manually. I'll keep hunting for an explanation as to why it doesn't create the connection automatically.
  7. Why does Secure connection not start automatically ? I have selected it to start but does not create a VPN when I start using Internet browser Chrome.
  8. Does Kaspersky protect against Cerber Ransomeware ? In fact does it protect against Ransomeware completely ?

If as suggested I use the link to retrieve my order details - that does not contain the activation code either !   12. How can I recover the activation code for the Kaspersky that I purchased ? The suggested way on the website does not work ! I did not get an email containing the code, just an email confirming that I had made the purchase. I've sent 3 messages to support and I just don't get a reply. I'm losing faith in Kaspersky !
