  5. Hello, Yes, when I disable KES and the service stop all goes back to normal. Is it not possible to work with files in real-time or there will always be delays due to KES running/scanning them all the time? Thanks!

  7. Hello, I'm using Endpoint Security 10 ver. 10.3.0.6294 I'm using the same product on 2 PCs one with Windows 7 another Windows 10. Windows 10 is a bit better, but Windows 7 is close to unbearable. Every time I download an attachment from my email, load up File Explorer or any other basic file operation (open a file) takes about 2 minutes to complete. Please let me know how this can be avoided. Thanks!
  8. Hello, From some time now I can't get my Endpoint Security 10 ver. 10.3.0.6294 to update properly. This is what I see: After I initiate the update, the process goes to 100% and then back to the same message without ever completing. Both happens on Windows7 and Windows10 machines. My company has a commercial licence for 50 PCs and still hasn't expired. Can you help fixing that? Thanks!
