On top left of application bar in Mac OS click on Kaspersky Security Cloud/Protection/Network Attack Blocker/Exclusions/Trusted Computers: Enter the IP address of your printer from your printer control panel/Click save
Although this works I should not need to do this. I tried to troubleshoot for almost an hour before figuring out it was KSC that was blocking the connection to the printer. Please sort this out as it is not good for the reputation of your product. The product should work out of the box as many customers are not tech savvy and will be frustrated by this!
