  1. Same problem here: more than 300+ devices have gone out of control. I had opened a ticket with the support 2 months ago and the problem isn't fixed.
  2. But if you disable this notification, you don't know when the PC is really out of control.
  3. Hi, I receive the following Critical events, in the KSC events tab, when all the PCs go in shutdown: - Device gone out of control(Event) / Device "XYZ" has gone out of control. (Description) - Device status is Critical.(Event) / Status of device 'XYZ' changed to Critical: The device has gone out of control. (Description) It is possible to instructor the KSC to alert me, only when the PC is really out of control, and not when it go in shutdown? I don't want to disable this event from the console because it is useful but now I have the event log full of this events. Thank you in advance, and here you have some more information - KSC 10.5.1781 - Network agent 10.5.1781 - Kaspersky Endpoint Security: - Windows: 7 and 10 (1803)
