  1. Due to your post I see you are using Windows 10 while I'm using Windows 8.1, so it looks like an inner Kasperky failure
  2. I use Windows 8.1 and I have the same issue. It looks like an inner Kasperky problem. Please, to everyone that suffers this, sumit a request to Kaspersky support in order to let them realise of this issue and get a sooner update. Thank you.
  3. So the thing here is a problem with Kaspersky... But it is so weird because I had this problem a week ago and at least I could fix it in Chrome by reinstalling it. But a couple of days ago the issue came back. Thanks for your help, Fenderman1
  4. Hi there, Since a few days ago, my Kaspersky Protection extension is not working in Chrome, IE 11, Firefox... I've tried all the "classical" solutions: reinstalling browsers and KIS (my current version is 19.0.0.1088(b)), restarting the system after reinstalling, downloading the extension from Chome store, etc. I did all that stuff more than once, but the problem is going on: it appears as if it was on but when I make any researching in Google, none of the links is followed by the symbol that indicates if the web site is safe or not (see attached image). Actually, the symbol of the extension when KIS install it by itself (a green shield with a tick) is different from that I get when I install it by Chrome store (an eye inside a rhombus), so I'm not sure if the Chrome store extension is the right one. All in all, neither of them works, so maybe it doesn't matter. Please, help and thank you in advance :)
