  1. I solved my problem ... Thank you all for the interaction and responses, it was very much enlightening. That was my problem … apparently the new app is very sensitive to weak connections. Due to the climate these days the connection has some issues, though I'm using it right now but somehow I need to reload the pages. That made me think to try another connection, and to my surprise the update went very smooth and fast! Again, many thanks to everyone who tried to help
  2. I tried it, it didn't work !! I couldn't download the updates through the website as well

HI there, I posted a question on how to fix this update failure But the post and my profile got removed ( that I created yesterday morning ) and I had to sign up again with the same details and now posting the same question!! anyway, I still can not update my data on Kaspersky and it says failure every time I try. I got this reply on my last post : I did steps 1-5 with no changes. So, step 6 // my report is attached so, plz any clue ? REPORT.txt
