We are using Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11 since 6 months and recently we enabled Data Encryption Module (Encryption of Removable Drives) and after few days all the computers in our network was not able to obtain IP from DHCP server we tried different DHCP servers (Windows Server 2008 R2, CISOC Router 1800 and ASA 5520). We tried different methods but none of them worked. After removing Kaspersky Data Encryption Module everything works fine. Can you please help us in finding why this module causes the clients from obtaining IP from DHCP server?
