During today's full scan of my laptop (it's a Dell Inspiron with Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1065G7 CPU @ 1.30GHz and runs on Windows 10 Pro) using Kaspersky Total Security, I noticed that the object "C:\Users\DELL\Documents\My Pictures" could not be processed as the access was denied. I got the following report for this:
Event: Object not processed
User type: Active user
Component: Virus Scan
Result: Not processed
Result description: Not processed
Object type: File
Object path: C:\Users\DELL\Documents\My Pictures
Reason: Access denied
Could you please help me how to solve this issue and overcome the access denial?
Of note: This also affects Asus Suite 2 as well. My machine is older and I have to use V2 to control the motherboard fan. The problem arose today when I turned on my PC. The Kaspersky database was from yesterday.
The problem is slightly different in that Kaspersky outright prevents V2 from running; there is no error message. I was greeted to the screeching of the motherboard fan spinning up and down. Even with expemptions in place it still won't run, nor will it allow me to re-run the Asus installation program.
After reading the thread on V3 I updated the database to current, but the problem still persists.
I've completely uninstalled Kaspersky and the Asus Suite runs fine again. It's a tough call: Do I rely on Microsoft Defender or do I wear noise cancelling headphones to be able to use my PC?
Windows 10 64bit, Kaspersky Internet Security.
Good Morning I just got the same problem here. Up until Yesterday everything was ok, but after todays update (August 10, 2022) my ASUS Ai Suite II stopped working and i can't even unninstall it! I use Windows 7 64 and Kaspersky Internet Security. I force delete it and now i can't install it back! My Motherboard is a ASUS Z-77A. I use KIS since 2017 and this is the first problem i have with it.
Здравствуйте! Существует ли возможность дать роли keslaudit или kesluser права на смену (добавление резервного) лицензионного ключа. Не хочется обычному пользователю давать права kesladmin ради ежегодной смены лицензии. Спасибо.
We sorry for the delay responding to your topic😔
Which version & patch(x), patch=letter of Kaspersky Small Office Security (KSOS), is installed, on the Windows taskbar, or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About?
The alert does not appear to be a Kaspersky alert🤔, in KSOS Reports, are there any related events?
Has the Company System administrator advised it is a Kaspersky alert?
Please let us know?
