  1. I am using a server with the latest version of KSC. In addition, I use two clients, which also uses the latest version of the KES. The clients are in the same domain as the server. On the server I could activate the encryption protection and test successfully with the tool Anti-Cryptor. According to my knowledge, this should also be supported by the client version. The corresponding setting in the policy, I have edited, but the Einstellun not. Is there still another attitude, which must be made? Thank you very much

Besten Dank Achilles0129
  4. I want to allow on my clients, on which the software KES10winsp2_mr1 is installed, the software, which is installed on a Win10 client. All additional software would have to be released. I have a program category based on a Windows 10 client. In the KSC, I adapted the corresponding policy and added the appropriate program category to the policy. See pictures below. Thanks for your help
  5. KSC = 10.4.343a KES = kes10winsp2_mr1 ks4ws = 10.0.0.486
  6. I have a domain controller and two workstations that I currently use as test systems. The communication between PC and server works without problem. As I said, I put the PC with Windos 10 on. On one PC, I have additional software such as Office and Chrome installed. Afterwards I created two program categories in the Kaspersky Security Center, one uses the PC with Windows 10 and Office as a basis, the other uses the PC only with Windows 10 as a basis. Next, I enabled the program categories in the policy and pointed out two different user groups. It also worked, that means I could start Chrome on one PC and not on the other. However, applications such as Svchost.exe, WmiPrvSE.exe, Audiolog.exe, and others blocked on both PC's. The user to run was NT authority. That's why I added this user to the policy, but without success. I hope this information is enough
  7. I have a problem with the control of the program start. I use the white list to block undefined programs. I have set up a PC with Windows 10 basic and then created a program category on this PC. Basically, blocking unauthorized software also works, but I've noticed that certain system applications that run with the user's NT authority or similar fail. I have already adjusted the permissions for this user and the System Managed Group, but it still happens that the same applications are always blocked. Can someone help me there Thank you very much Achilles0129
