  1. I am using Kaspersky Free 2019 from many days. I used kaspersky 2019 antivirus also. They have the same problem. Most of the time when I open my laptop it takes too long time to open virus and security center of windows! First I thought it is for my windows so I reinstall that but Now I can understand the problem is with kaspersky, If I use other AV or no AV there is no problem like that. Kaspersky just massing up the startup process of windows 10 1809. Is there any solution?
  2. After exceeding 1 day 300 MB, new data is not coming, it showing me that it eill available in 29 min but by this it took 4 times 29 min yet not new data is coming. What can I do now?
  3. Okay. Actually that time I forget to take screen-shot. Maybe that is for my graphics driver update. For that I turned off my protection and later I opened and I notice the problem. But when I reinstall Kaspersky there was no problem, still now it is running properly. But I am concern about one thing, is my all protection is running properly? How can I make sure that?

Is there any solution? I am using Windows 10 update version. Everything is up to date.

  8. Thank you. My problem is solved. A) Please go to Kaspersky Settings – Additional – Update – Select update source – Add – add http://130.117.190.141 as a source, click “OK”. Right-click “Kaspersky Update Servers” and select "Disable". By using this method my problem is solved.
  9. Now I am living in China. I am using Kaspersky free update version. When i try to update my Kaspersky often it fails or show me my database is update thought it is the old version. When I use VPN it works properly. I tried many things like change settings, uninstall & install again, change connection but facing the same problem. Main thing is I am facing this problem from the middle of the last month. Before that every thing was OK. What can I do now? How can I be sure that my Kaspersky database version is update? I mean from where can I know about the update release date?
  10. I have the same problem. Can not fix this. I am living in China so without vpn update is not working!
